Company Overview: 

It is a leading raw materials trading company that ensures just in time supplies to its customers worldwide. The product range includes coal, coke, special ores, alloys, metals, minerals and industrial gases, as well as energy services.

Position: Customer Service 

Shift/Schedule: 2 shift available 

10am to 7pm  

11am to 8pm

Pay Rate: $16 - $17 depending on experience 

Location: Flowery Branch, GA

Job Description:

• Answer all incoming calls
• Must be able to type 3 words per minute 
• Daily reports
• Create recs 
• Direct calls to the correct person
• Trouble shoot calls

Requirements:
